DELIVERY WITHIN THE USA
U.S. SHIPPING
LAVI LOS ANGELES offers free U.S. economy shipping on all US orders above 100$

Free U.S. economy shipping excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and territories of the United States  Guam, American Somoa, U.S. Virgin Islands.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING 

LAVI LOS ANGELES provides expedited shipping options, including next-day and two-day shipping, facilitated by our chosen carrier. The associated fees are determined and disclosed during the checkout process for transparency and convenience.   

Expedited orders must be placed by 12 PM PT to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM PT or on weekends will ship the following business day.

Please note we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes for expedited shipping orders.

 

ECONOMY TRANSIT TIMES

Transit times are estimated based on outbound shipping schedules as provided by the carrier. Delivery dates are not guaranteed as they are subject to disruptions in service and are only provided as a guideline.

Northeast: 6-9 business days
Midwest: 6-9 business days
South: 2-7 business days
West: 6-9 business days

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and territories of the United States  Guam, American Somoa, U.S. Virgin Islands: 14-21 business days



ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order to the email address provided. Please allow 48 HOURS for order processing - this does not include transit time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will include your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.

 

We ship and deliver our product(s) to all over World. For shipping, we are using the most common and fastest postal services suitable for our consumer’s location. Please note you hereby acknowledged and agree that we will be received within the estimated delivery time frame. Sometimes unforeseen delays occur due to mailing volume of shipping carriers, public holidays, peak periods, customs processing delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipment information (such as P.O. Box for receiver address, missing or inaccurate receiver telephone number), or unavailability or refusal of the receiver to accept delivery. By purchasing any product from us you acknowledge and accept that the Product prices do not include any delivery fees shown independently with the product price on the website and will be added to the final receipt when the checkout will be performs. Following terms and policies will apply to delivery and shipping our products to our domestic and international consumer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Our products may not be available for delivery to some Countries or Regions. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported or delivered to the destination country or region. The List or Number of Countries for delivery of product will depend on courier acceptance to ship the product. By purchasing any product from us you acknowledge and accept that

  • You will deem to be the importers of record and liable to comply with all Law, Rules and regulations of your country or Region. And you may subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees or any other additional applicable charges for customs clearance by your Country. 
  • Import taxes, customs duties and fees or any other additional applicable charges only will apply to you when a shipment reaches to your Country. 
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount. Customs duties and clearance fees policies vary from Country to Country. You should contact your local customs office for further information.

ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

We make every effort to provide the products within the estimated delivery time. All orders placed in our Store will be processed and dispatched with 24 to 48 hours from the recipient of the payments. Delivery time can be very depending on the available delivery method to the destination shipping address, except any accidental delays occur due to uncertain circumstances, and in this case we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of the products within the estimated delivery time. We will initiate an initial approx. delivery time in your order confirmation. We will not be liable for any uncertain late delivery. No orders are shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, The Processing and delayed may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You are advised to provide an accurate mailing address to avoid any unnecessary delay. CONFORMATION OF DELIVERY AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has processed and shipped containing a tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS AND LOST ORDERS DURING DELIVERY

We package everything extremely well to avoid any damages to our products and basically we do everything we can to keep what you have purchased safe. We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. If however the shipment carrier refuse you claim, then contact us and please allow us 14 days to carry out an investigation, we will do our best to rectify the situation. In case an order is lost please allow us at list 4 weeks to carry out an investigation, if we found any negligence or fault from our side we will refund or resend the order according to your wishes

SHIPPING DELAYS

Any delays of delivery of product beyond the original estimated delivery dates caused by custom checks or maintain the customs clearance procedures at your country is not our fault and We are not liable for any such delay caused by customs of your Country. We will always take reasonable effort to deliver your orders on time, as we want you to be happy with us and our service but sometimes there are extreme circumstances which we cannot control.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

Please realize when you placed any order to our store, you have entered into a contract with us, so please do not refuse your shipment. If however you do refuse your shipment, our policy is to keep the applicable delivery fee, importer taxes, customs duties & fees that may be incurred.
